How will I know what changes have been made?

All alterations to your document will appear in the MS Word ‘Track Changes’ facility.

How do I view the ‘tracked changes’ in MS Word 2013/14?

  1. You choose the ‘review’ tab on Word’s main menu
  2. Click the dropdown box that shows ‘Simple Markup’
  3. Click ‘All Markup’ from the choices given.

Can I make specific requests regarding style, format etc?

Yes you can by indicating your requirements on the order form. Our editors know all the different styles used, such as APA format, Chicago and Oxford. 

Can I ask you to just proofread or edit parts of a document?

Yes you can, by indicating through page numbering or highlighting tools so we know where to start.

How do I put in an order?

Go to the order form to put in your request and attach your work. Payment is guaranteed to be secure. Upload your document, preferably in an MS Word (DOC, DOCX) or Apple Pages format via the order form. Payment can then be made securely through PayPal, which caters for all credit and debit cards with no need to register.

Do you accept PDF files?

Unfortunately PDFs are good for presenting and publishing work but hard to edit. You will have to discuss your PDF with us first and we will see what we can do.
